PIVVA Beta — Terms of Use

PIVVA is operated by Onshore Advisory Group LLC (New Hampshire, USA), doing business as PIVVA (“we,” “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. BETA SOFTWARE. PIVVA is pre-release software provided for evaluation and feedback. It may contain errors, change without notice, or be unavailable. Features you see may be modified or removed.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT. Your account is a single, personal, named seat. It is non-transferable and may not be shared. You are responsible for activity under your account. Founding Member benefits attach to your account personally.
3. YOUR DATA. You retain all rights to the models and data you create. We access it only to operate and support the service, as described on our “Who can access your data” page. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter any data you upload (including client data).
4. FEEDBACK. Ideas, suggestions, and feedback you provide may be used by us freely, without obligation or attribution, to improve PIVVA. Feedback does not include your data or models.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY (LIGHT). During the Beta, please don’t publish reviews, benchmarks, or screenshots of unreleased features without asking first — just reply to your invitation email; we usually say yes.
6. NO WARRANTY. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Do not rely on PIVVA as the sole basis for financial, operational, or business decisions — verify important numbers independently.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE. Don’t attempt to breach security, access other users’ data, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product during the Beta.
9. TERMINATION. Either of us may end your access at any time. On request, we will delete your data (see the data page). Sections 4, 6, 7 survive termination.
10. CHANGES & LAW. We may update these terms with notice in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, USA.
